With nearly a decade of industry experience, Jen Green Lane has developed a deep understanding of the specific needs facing packaging companies and their hiring teams. After earning the New Jersey Executives Club Packaging Scholarship and a degree in Packaging Science, Jen started her career as a packaging engineer for Kraft Foods and later Intel Corporation. This hands-on experience with the logistics of design, manufacturing, and production allows Jen to not only speak her clients’ language, but to effectively and thoughtfully match candidates and companies.

Jen quickly felt herself drawn to the human resources side of the business as she began to develop relationships with manufacturers and vendors. Maintaining close connections to her various alumni networks (Clemson University, where she earned her degree, and Michigan State, where she attended a UK-based packaging program), has given her access to a wide pool of top candidates.

In 2003, she accepted a role as an executive recruiter at Concept Corporation. During her time at Concept, Jen built a reputation for her ability to conduct searches with integrity and consideration for both candidate and client strengths and needs. She would eventually become Recruiting Director, cultivating an internal practice focusing on business development and candidate generation for Fortune 500 companies nationwide.

With the launch of NevaPack, Jen is able to combine her personal approach with her engineering and industry expertise to serve clients large and small.
