- Submit your resumé
- Kick-off meeting with owner Jen Lane
- Jen will conduct a needs assesment and start the matching process
- She'll help set up interviews, guide you through the process, and provide you
with plenty of feedback and context - NevaPack handles offer and contract negotiations, including any relocation
needs, as appropriate - Finally, we'll stay in touch during your transition into your new role to make
sure the best fit has been found
