  • Submit your resumé
  • Kick-off meeting with owner Jen Lane
  • Jen will conduct a needs assesment and start the matching process
  • She'll help set up interviews, guide you through the process, and provide you
    with plenty of feedback and context
  • NevaPack handles offer and contract negotiations, including any relocation
    needs, as appropriate
  • Finally, we'll stay in touch during your transition into your new role to make
    sure the best fit has been found
